I noticed on another board that the brokers on the LOAX IPO told each investor that they had to hold the stock for 4 days after the IPO before selling it. If you are one of the individuals that this happened to, you have a claim against the broker and should talk to an attorney in your neighborhood on this and file a complaint at sec.gov. If you lost money as a result of this, you can get it back. This stock should have been freely tradeable as soon as it hit the market. This practice had been targeted by the SEC as a general no-no, so they will be very familiar with the issue.
