CS reacting nicely based on P & F Chart....just got another buy signal at 12.5...traded as high as 12 3/4 today. Resistance at 13 and 15, but 14 breaks the long term DOWN TREND line (IMHO)...perhaps stock has new legs! Hangin in. FNS
