I said Joe brought SPCO to light because that's who I recall posted about it which called it to my attention. I didn't do an in-depth search or anything, just recall him having it posted on SI or his web site. As far as the news link goes, I was just calling it to attention. I posted the link for everyone to read and make their own judgement.
