Doubtful it will have an impact, since Iraq only represents .000001/2% of world oil production -- or something like that. Besides, since the Gulf War, Saddam Insane has only been allowed to sell enough oil to fund humanitarian needs of his country. Too bad he uses the revenue to buy perks for his cronies. Rich
