Wait ... I agree with what you are doing. I think that getting the Non-Confidence vote in Managment from the major sharholders is essential to getting the current management (and BOD) to actually make the needed changes. I personally just don't have the right kind of character to 'nuke them' ... and worry that it might be difficult to recruit the kind of talent we need if the candidates we want think they might get 'nuked' too. You're doing fine in my view ... I don't work the same way though. I'm looking forward to talking with any Novell Manager (a real person) that is responsible for Marketing and Sales results ... believe this will be more effective than any 'blasting' that I might try to do.
