A close above 13 (the old high) would be very bullish, and signal more upside. As well, if you look at the chart pattern, after it's initial move down to 8, and return back up, it's consistently made higher high tops, and higher low troughs. Another technically good sign. We'd now like it to fill the small gap, if any, and continue to move up slowly, so as to not pierce the upper BB. Riding/surfing the top band up is healthier. Steve
