Quiet period is 1 month before earnings are released (correct me if I'm wrong). Regarding the 'buy' coverage, I assume the quiet period only applies to the company management, not the brokerage firm issuing the upgrade.
Volume a bit low today, would have liked 1M+ shares. However, the market in general has been trading thinly in the past couple of days. Support at $38 seems to hold but sometime feels a bit shaky. Not many sellers though, the area between $38 and $41 looks pretty volatile (large spreads). We need to quickly break and close over $40 or we may see $32 again (which would be a nice buying opportunity but I'm already fully loaded...).
With news and a more favorable market, I think this one has a long way to go.

PS: As an alternate play, NAVR could pick up a few points with NetRadio IPO end of this month.
