Could that be why this stock is upticking?

This spiked a price/volume alert on my screen today.

And I had to say "whoa"!

Just added at .33 today.

Something smells like its up.

Will research more and get back to all.

I traded MEME last year... wireless modems and internet from .50 to $4
They've changed their name since, and not really sure what their stock is doing now. But it was huge.

Is this the next one?
