Th original 1KW was due to happen in April. I think when they discovered the new materials and double the power they have worked to construct the alpha prototype with these new materials and techniques. I think they are now very close to demo time. Surely it makes sense to show this working and then sign a deal with Delphi. BTW The private placement being talked about surely would be done as a special wts deal with institutions.
