Thanks very much for your summary. I have a few more questions they may have touched on.

1. Did they ever really say exactly why they raised $400 million on the convertible bond offering?
2. Did they go over the exact terms of the convertible? I know it's a low interest rate. So I'm wondering if the market considered it a low risk or, more than likely, it was a sweet deal on the convertible.
3. Did they tell you the status $200 million stock re-purchase program?
