Innofone.Com Joins Canadian Telephone Resellers Alliance
Securing Access To Major Carrier Rates

TORONTO, CANADA--Innofone.Com, Incorporated trading (OTCBB -
Symbol INNF), formerly APC Telecommunications Inc., a Next Gen
Telco announced today the signing of a 3 year contract with the
Canadian Telephone Resellers Alliance (CTRA). CTRA purchases bulk
traffic from the major telecommunications carriers at
substantially reduced costs, and then resells to its members at
prices which would not otherwise be available to small to medium
sized Telcos based on their individual volumes. This contract
ensures that Innofone will now be acquiring its long distance
traffic at savings of as much as 34 percent and could push the
company beyond its original income projections.

"The CTRA contract is another critical segment in the build out of
our Canadian Network," said President Larry Hunt. "This will
allow Innofone the buying power it needs, at extremely
competitive pricing." Innofone can now buy traffic on a major
network at a substantial discount to its current costs. This will
help to provide a better profit margin and ensures that
Innofone's unique Guaranteed Lowest Rate Program (GLR) remains
competitive.

Innofone plans to apply the increased cash flow to move forward
more quickly with the expansion of its VOIP network. The new
agreement with CTRA means that Innofone will be able to offer its
VOIP service to CTRA and its members. "This is particularly
important since it will provide instant traffic once our network
is completed," Hunt said. "CTRA has no way at this time to offer
substantial savings to the US, but the Innofone Voice over the
Internet (VOIP) network delivers this," he explained.

Innofone will also see some economic values when sending calls
over the CTRA network to destinations where traffic volumes do
not justify an investment in a VOIP gateway.

Innofone is targeting small and medium sized businesses and the
small office/home office (SOHO) market, through a multi-level
network-marketing program. Innofone is also increasing its market
share through the continued expansion of a highly competitive
Affinity program. As well Innofone offers state-of-the-art voice,
VOIP, fax and data services and continues to work with NetSpeak
on the integration of a new Fully Integrated Worldwide Internet
Telephony service.

Safe Harbor Statement: Assertions in this new release which look
forward in time involve risks and uncertainties, including the
risks associated with the effect of changing economic conditions,
trends in the development of the Internet as a commercial medium
and carrier of telephony traffic, market acceptance risks,
technological development risks and other risk factors.
