P. Lowell: According to the company 10-Q for the quarter ending December 31, 1996, the "administrative" creditors will get 100% of the value of their claims. The class action plaintiffs will get 45 percent of the equity value of the company. The existing shareholders will get another 45 percent. Additionally, the plaintiffs are to receive certain cash settlement, less fees and expenses. I believe the latter is limited. Part was from the insurance carriers. I don't have the exact figures. The deadline for filing a claim is March 31. Steve
