Well, just like the last time that PMTI announced FDA approval, there's probably a rat in the woodpile. Perhaps there are so many conditions on the usage of the laser for hair removal that it is useless for this purpose. Remember that last time, in July 96, they proclaimed FDA approval. Then, after rereading everything, you find out that hair removal was NOT approved. Probably the same thing here. Either that or short sellers got caught with their pants down. Maybe they are dumping short shares trying to drive the price back down so that they can buy them cheap - to cover. Nahh.
