I'm very naive on the wild and woolly nature of private placements on the VSE. Strikes me as a loop hole (relative to what I see on say the NASDAQ) but since the VSE does provide excellent (imo) disclosure and information access to investors I don't have a problem with it. If you have some time to post some insights on the workings of a private placement for institutions and how that would differ for a private placement for a JV, I'm sure a lot of folks on the thread would really appreciate it. Thanks for the clarifcation. KGB
