If you looked through the SEC filings for Mindspring and looked at what they were paying for ISPs and applied that rationale to LOAX, then the company would trade for under $3 per share assuming full dilution from warrants and options. As for the single thread comment: I'll focus on LOAX until the stock price and the value of the company true up before moving on to others.
