I agree for the most part, I know I won't be voting for Paperny's re-election. (of course I live in Texas so that may not be much of a threat). Her decision was completely illogical given that FRAC was in CCAA protection. An option was on the table that would satiate everyone, some more than others, but she chose to create her own option. What a chicken sh*t!
I currently own stock in another Canadian company but if it looks like it's in financial straits, I'll bail before you can draw a breath!!!!!!! Unless the debt is insurmountable, ie: Philips Services(in the billions) then they'll be allowed to restructure. What a spineless decision from the judge!
