Does anyone have any current updates on Institutional Buyers? I beleive the last report was that it had dropped to approxiamtley 11% (?). Perhaps, now that the dog and pony show is over, the institutional buyers may be looking at AXC..and their buying may create a "base" at these price levels? Any input would be appreciated. Also, Mary Beth..where is James Island?? I still have a lot of faith in this company, and would like to be there!! As for the "report" that AXC is already in court re: the patent infringement, this is surprising to me. About a month ago when I spoke with Karen I got the distinct impression that late March would be the time frame, and perhaps even later if the defendents asked for a continuance. I am surpirsed that it is already in court. This type of hearing is usually rather short term (perhaps no more than a few days), so I would veiw this as positive that AXC finally has their day in court. Especially since they took the litigation charges off in the last quarters' report! Has anyone else confirmed this? Thanks, and still holding AXC long term!
