Lou, here is another enlightening post from well named: CITICORP....

The post can be found on Yahoo and RB, for those who want to ensure I didn't make it up:

Having read the above messages, I write to share with you what I see on ZSUN. Well, as listed on the BB, the company do not have to file quarterly return as stocks in NASDAQ (stricter). While the company was formed through acquiring other internet cos last year, they came up with the first formal audited accounts just a few days ago, that's understandable.

About abnormal trading, don't forget it's only traded on the BB, while given its small float, fluctuation is normal. About its profitability, there is no doubt. To become a successful co, it has to be special, the sites that Ziasun current manage do offer something other cos do not have, eg money charging training for on-line trading, asian focus, cheap support from the Philippines, etc, are its competitive and comparative advantages.

After the split, given significant business flow throught the internet in the coming years, Citicorp believes the stock could bring a 10-fold return in 3 years. Take a look at the price to NAV of AMZN, PCLN, and even YHOO, and compared with ZSUN, you see why ZSUN gains Citicorp's full support. I wo't tell people to get in to become a shareholder, but if you are already a shareholder, Citicorp will recommend you to 'hold' for the goods to come!

Here again, those are not my words, but pretty much confirm my own valuation of $60 to $80 by end of financial 1999.

Regards, F. Goelo + + +
