Craig / Northrock Resources Current Price $13.60 Northrock is selling at; 4.5X 1999 cash flow ($3.00) 3.9X 2000 cash flow ($3.50) Debt at year end 1999 will be 2.0 cash flow, the best among their peers. Borrom line: Shares are good value for investment. My personal 12 month price target is $20.40. (50% Appreciation) Expect price weakness over next 2-3 weeks.
