Off topic? The subject of this forum is "James Cramer" - who else am I talking about? You can't eliminate dissenting postings by stating a board is only for people who support the message board creator's point of view (about the subject). Not in this country anyway!

This is not what "out of context" means. "Out of context" means extracting a snippet from a phrase in attempts to misrepresent the author's statement. Cramer said he was on the wrong side of the market - I said he was on the wrong side of the market - that's it (followed by some statements of my own). Yes, the focus of his article was about the birth of his child - but discussing a phrase in an article that isn't the article's primary focus is entirely different than taking something out of context.

Here is an example of something being taken out of context:

Original Phrase:
The XYZ government is known to punish violent crime offenders by dismemberment. They have stated that for certain crimes, such as Attempted Murder, "dismemberment is an effective way to discourage the reoccurrence of such crime".

Out-of-context phrase based on original phrase:
The other day I was in New York, and I was given a ticket for Jaywalking - good thing I wasn't in XYZ. In today's paper there was quote from an XYZ government official who said "dismemberment is an effective way to discourage the reoccurrence of such crime".

There is an obvious loss of context in the second phrase.
