OK, this is what's known as a Gift Horse Buying Opportunity, and it works like this: the Gods give you 3 chances to get in, and then they slam the door shut. We've now had 3 chances to buy in the 7s since the last earnings announcement, and I believe this is the last.

The company is on an upswing, and the stock price has been making successively higher lows. We've re-tested the mid-7s as I predicted and are holding. Although volume is way too low for my liking, that's what GHBOs (see above) look like.

I don't think they will wait to get the word out while they are buying. The whole point here is to boost the stock price, not to get a deal. Besides, they can buy or not buy as much or as little as they want. So far, volume has been so low that I doubt they've even started buying seriously.
