Com21 Inc. (CMTO) fell 4 5/8, or 15 percent, to 25 5/8 and traded as low as 23 13/16. The
cable-modem maker cut prices in response to competitive threats, and the cuts ''could have some impact
on margins,'' Chief Financial Officer Dave Robertson said.
