The whole situation between the SEC & DCI reminds me of a newspaper story I once read years ago in a small town. It seems the local police didn't like this one guy for one reason or another. Regardless, he did have a valid drivers license, etc. One cold winter day, the fella stopped at a self service gas station to gas up. He left his car running as many, many people do on cold days in NH. Well, the local police gave him a ticket for failure to turn off his car while gassing up. Was it legitimate = yeah, I guess. Was it fair/even handed = ???????????????????????????..........V
