YES THERE WAS A VOTE AT THE STOCK HOLDERS MEETING, FOR BOARD MEMBER COMPENSATION OF 50K SHARES EACH. BUT THAT IS DOUG BUCHER'S MAIN CONCERN ALWAYS HOW HE CAN BE REWARDED FOR POOR PERFORMANCE.
