The news that FNet would be spun from FTEL (now FCM), is at least three years old. <Take away the money making part of the machine and all you are left with is the mess.> The reason FNet has not been spun is because they are the weak link. FCM brings the revs, while FNet to date has brought little to the table. Expect that to change now that FNet mgmt is gone and been replaced by Peter Buswell (last month) who has wrought astounding progress as COO of FCM, and now both. Check last qtr's #s. Fiscal ending 6/30 could be a double of 3rd qtr. Ron
