Cacaito, I agree with your post. Was not asking for XOMA to give us data from the patients in the trials before it has been unblinded.

I am not convinced that release of the target mortality and the total deaths, not by each arm of the trial would in any way be considered as creating any damage to the data, or the trial. Unless XOMA is lying, the fact is the FDA never said don't release the target mortality. The DSMB said this. But we were told it was said to avoid creating problems for the trial. Now that the trial is over there is no excuse for not providing this information. XOMA cannot even explain why they can't release it because that would contradict their previous explanation.

I do not expect leaks coming from the treatment data. I do expect that the data on the mortality requirement has leaked. Also total deaths have probably leaked.

I do think these two bits of data provide insight into how the trial went.

Yes, I added to my position. Did not need the extra shares but just was convinced the trial would end. I also expected some data after 10 days, as did Murphy.

I suspect that there is little unrest right now because the stock has gone up. If it had gone south perhaps more would understand why XOMA's total silence sucks.

BTW I also expect that information about an agreement on I-Prex is leaking. Makes no sense that institutions would buy into below $5 stock without knowing something, that we don't.
