I've seen bad proxy fights in the past, but in this one some "concerned shareholders" have reached new lows. This appears to be a very personal fight. Lots of unsubstantiated comments, not to mention throwing around words like "crooks" and fraudulent". Someone should read todays Financial Post article re USF $409,000 default judgement against anonymous internet posters for defamation of character and just report the facts.

Kind of strange that when Rochester exits Harken the shareholders are happy, but when PKC exits Harken it's a bad deal for shareholders. If the higher price for oil eventually helps the price of Harken then all the shareholders will be happy. But in the meantime, we the shareholders must pay for the costs of defending this action. If Charuk wins, we will also be stuck with all his costs for both the proxy fight and the total costs of the court case.

Next time you guys have a pissing match, settle it yourselves!!!!!
