BP, Just my 2 cents worth. I think the type of candidate needed at NOVL isn't going to be worried about a little thing like unhappy shareholders. He will expect it and agree with the complaints, or at least he should. You sound like you're afraid this board is causing a severe case of corporate "low self esteem" by harassing the nincompoops currently running the show. Au contraire, the person we need will be strong enough to come in knowing he will perform and shareholders will shower him with accolades, not insults. Dwight
