They have no choice. Every sector they move into through aquisition is still a money loser, so in order to keep the fantastic charade going they have to move into even MORE sectors.

As soon as Covey and Bezos prove each business model to be a failure, they move on to the next one before the analysts can have time to point out the failure.

Great game, as long as Covey can continue to keep dumping each and every share as it vests. Bezos has been a bit restrained in dumping shares, I admit. Only enough for a mansion in seattle, so far.
