Again people are reading things into the press release. Any shares bought on the open market before ex-dividend date qualify buyer who holds beyond ex-dividend date to TIPS dividend. No one is keeping track of who owns what till ex-dividend date is set.Mr Tilton only was illustrating a scenario to try and give some creedence to 5/20 DOR date which insured investors of TIPS dividend.All shares were held by someone on 5/17 so therefore are eligble to TIPS dividend whether held by that somebody or sold to someone else before ex-dividend date is declared. T A P has received 700K shares of TNRG and 1 mil shares of TIPS from the company for services provided for a period of 1 year.
