Lets get ready to RUMBLEEEEE!!!! This by: hawaii60 67949 of 67949could not have worked out better, The stock went to 35 recently just on speculation aout Softbank. To have Softbank and AOL and GE is just unbelievable. With IDTC retaining 2/3 of the company this stock will EXPLODE!!!! BTW, For some reason NMC is not listed on the primary list of shareholders. But, if you look at the S1 filing closely. You will see an ammendment attached to it that involves Series A preferred shareholders option agreement. That agreement is between IDT and CNBC multim media. Soo, IMO they are a defacto partner as well. Shorts, you didn't listen. You harassed the small shareholders and scared them. Now, it's your turn.
