I wish I could say yes, but that's not the case. I have never seen anything like this. Same guy trading via instinet (INCA). I truly believe this stock would be in the twenties if it wasn't for him. He sits everyday on the ask sucking up all buying. He occasionally moves away for a few minutes, lets the stock run up a little and then drives it back down. Today I though he might have left so I bought 1000 at 15, it went immediately to 15 1/4, he stepped in at 15 1/4 and jumped in front of him at 15 3/16 to sell, he went to 15 1/8 and I finally had to sell my 1000 for 1/16th gain.

I once again talked to Bob Spear yesterday, he called A.I.M. but couldn't get the time of day. I suspect that there is an additional seller. Once they are gone, look out.

If you know anybody who has Nasdaq level two, watch Troy for a few minutes and you will see what I'm talking about.
