Hi Vicki, that's exactly what I do. I will actually wait a couple of days and let things cool down. most of the time the stock will go above the strike price and I can exit the position and sell next months options. LU is a excellent stock to sell puts, I haven't sold any LU. What I notice lately is that, it is wise to wait for the right time to sell puts, which is right after a tech wreck. Premiums are at a high, if the techs go back up after that, it is a good idea to take profits. Volatility is at a high right now, I got hurt a couple of times with CMGI by not closing my puts.
