In short. A prediction. (using personal opinions)

*My call on price Objective is 38-40 for (IATV)
*GIC is getting smart.
*Larger Firms on WallStreet will eventually follow this, it's obvious.
*From a -.55 loss to an expected -.12 loss later.. (healthy growth) in a short time frame. Revenues growth being key to this Corp.
*Smart Money is on the inflow side.
*IATV is undervalued with my expectations on revenue and higher than expected growth due to the "Digital Age" acting like a lion.
*Viacom takeover was unexpected.
*Low price as compared to companies with 1/2 of what we have trading in the 100's
*Interest from (GIC), NewsCorp, Liberty etc.
*AT&T + TCI + MediaOne + ATHM + XCIT shows many relationships all in which I see as growth and consumer oriented one directional Digital services.
*Advertising + R&D results used and aimed at specific groups.
*Better user habbits results from new applications creating new revenue streams pushed via direct coded signals, thus better targeted sales and timing.

I feel the rumored buyout is in the works and that this security is undervalued in relation to future revenue streams and new possibilities that appear endless in nature in my opinion.

Pardon the way this might be worded but I am making this call and I am short on time.

I am going to stick to my comment and expect a buyout, my guess is 34-41 share or similar in it's worth in assets.

It's an opinion! If I am off the mark so be it.

(IATV) is a gem and the need for it's possibilities are endless in the future of Digital Media.
