Scotsman: It IS a very good thing when selloffs occur on light volume, and rallies are on heavy volume. If Qwest could just break above $94, we could put all this "consolidation" stuff behind us. I would hope to see that soon; eight weeks is a "normal" consolidation and we've had just about that if I'm not mistaken. This week might be it...
