Chuck, three questions to consider:

1) Since the preferred stock could be converted at any time by the people holding 18,000 shares of it (which would then turn into 18 million common shares)... do you know who owns it?

2) Would they keep current management, including Westfere, if they took control of the company?

3) Who is auditing their SEC filings? Is the company serious about ever getting off the BB?
