That took ten minutes from the time it finished transmitting. Faxes I have sent to myself and coworkers don't take that long. There must be something with your e-mail server that causes the delay. All things considered, ten minutes isn't all that bad.

I remain more than satisfied with the service. I haven't decided whether or not to pay for the 800 number. My customers are all over the country and I've never heard a peep from any of them about paying a toll to send me a fax. It's still cheaper than the U.S. Mail and much faster.

I will admit to some concern about the abrupt departure of the COO. He was only here a couple of months, though, wasn't he? Maybe he just didn't measure up to his billing.
