Rande IS....
I'm not the best one to make a presentation, but I can supply you with links to FCM and FNet websites, plus a few highlights.
ftel.com
fnet.net
FCM's sales for 3rd qtr ending 3/31 were $4,270,000 of which FNet brought in just over $500,000. This represents a combined increase of 1214% over same qtr previous year, and a 244% increase over qtr ending 12/31/98. Net income was $382,000 or .02 per share. Interestingly the net income was more than total revs for qtr 3/31/98. Well informed shareholders attribute these dramatic results to the appointment of Peter Buswell as COO in July 1998, as well as the demonstrated quality of their flagship product, the Tempest data voice gateway. Last month Buswell also assumed operating control of FNet, which is FCM's wholly owned next-generation telco(not to be confused w/symbol FNET which is a publicly traded but unrelated co.). It was always the plan to IPO FNet, however it is my opinion only that they should wait a bit while Buswell applies his skills to that company. As of now, each share of FCM purchased brings with it approx. 70% equity in FNet as well. Without speculating, the 4th qtr is on track to surpass qtr 3. I didn't mean to get this wordy, and if you check my profile you will see that I have never crossed threads to promote this company. I am also long and own a lot of FCM and FNet private placement shares.
No one can dd as well as the individual for him/her self!
Regards,
Ron
