Hi, Vendit - To respond to your question -- if I understand it correctly -- 'Yes, I believe "AOL Anywhere" and everywhere is a good strategy.

I also am hedging with positions in ALL of the braodband access options and think they all will have some measure of success -- maybe some more on the order of 'niche' or specialty penetration rather than mass market.

My Q to Rocketman was more along the lines of 'Will first to market be a / the determining factor ?' My own thought was, for example, that if Bell Atlantic gets here first with DSL (soon, I'm told), I probably wouldn't bother to change when Cablevision finally offers the cable modem option.

I was thinking with offsetting technological pros and cons, first to market could be a determining factor. Was interested in comments regarding who might have the "advantage" in that regard, if there is one.
