The crumpled newsletter arched across the room, bounced off the rim and landed five feet from the circular file. Despite her athleticism and two letters in lacrosse, basketball was not her game. The shot or more precisely the missed shot brought back memories of team tryouts, tears and failure. Not one to give up easily, Muffy crossed the room to retrieve the newsletter. As she lifted the crumpled paper ball it began to unfold and a passing dark cloud momentarily blocked the sun from streaming through the unshuttered window. Muffy's vexation dissolved as the cloud passed and a sunbeam illuminated the unfolding newsletter. Her mind less clouded then its been for the past year noticed the tattered edge of the newsletter. It's not a newsletter at all Muffy muttered to no one in particular, it's a press release. In a supreme effort to concentrate Muffy spelled out "[r-e-f-e-r-e-n-c-e -- d-e-l-e-t-e-d ]." That gave Muffy an idea......
