10ksb: Jimbo's thought's and plain English translation, for what it's worth. Hey, I am a shareholder.

- 1.5MM shares going to ?? 2 related parties for intros and PR. It's the PR that interests me, for a little pump action? GO MYNG, rah, rah!

- 150,000 shares going to some nice person who lent GE $25,000 at 2% per year, but it's backed by 500,000 shares and TT's personal guarantee. Maybe a real nice deal. Works out to .166/share, but if defaulted, the nice person gets 500,000 shares instead of the 2% interest. Might be a very nice deal. I'd even think about one of those deals. Hmmm, wonder who??

- TT lends GEBM $14,291 at 24% a year, Rene lends GEBM $158,976 at 24% but he wants his dough back. Problem with Rene, or he just need the dough??

- post royalty revenues of $5000 in Q1, 1999. Ouch!!

- Atwood signed on, putting together a recovery plan, probably using the falcon, as Probart said, the beach then the face ??, but they need permits, and $$$.

- UCL were paid, are still owed more, but a deal has been struck for more payments, TT still worried about someone butting in, German and Julio wined and dined in Miami, <ggg> and maybe talked to a paper, they reciprocate and GE goes to UCL party in Bolivia, a fine time probably had by all, and everything is hunky dory.

- lotsa gov't and high official meetings in Bolivia, not quite time to invite prospective JV partners (Eric's A list).

cont'd next post, SI being a pain today......
