B., going forward I see a potential price of about $55 for IDTC before the IPO. Based on the following points: - IDTC owns 27.6 MM shares N2P. - IDTC has 35 MM shares outstanding. - N2P intrinsic value in IDTC will be discounted by 30% - IDTC's telecom and ISP business conservatively valued at $20 - A minimum opening price of $60 is expected for N2P IDTC = 0.727.6/35N2P + 20 = 0.55*N2P + 20 Regards, Tom
