I would never authorize this management a reverse split or increased share authorization based on their performance and accountability.

If they reverse split based on their performance to date it will be an exercise in futility and they know it.their silence on financing and progress of imbedded licensing and .25 tech leaves their credability in question.Reverse split should have been considered before delisting not now.

I hope siemens buys them and soon.
