This is a friendly reminder of some of the things possibly coming to TSIG in the next month or two. These are items already done and to be worked for results or completed. There are also some implications of what might be coming as evidences avail themselves.

1. Around the first of the month there should appear the links on the MyMusicCard site the links for Amplified, Custom Revolutions, and the sale of DVDs.

2. Early June should have the MyNettaxiMusicCard site in play. That only opens TSIG's product up to 80,000,000 visitors a month. If only 5% come to TSIG.com's site, we win big.

3. The fulfillment house should be open soon. That prepares TSIG to make approx 50% more on CD sales. CD sales are running about 250-300/day right now and climbing. This is being accomplished before the input of the exposure system being constructed. The system is working and additional enhancements are being considered and implemented to aid in insuring customer satisfaction.

4. The Babe Ruth sponsorship is accepting Cards for sale. Awareness is being made to the teams in order to prepare them for the Allstars push in a month or two. This will be the first real trial by fire TSIG has had in having the masses hit the streets and sell the MyMusicCard to the public for a fund raising event. The word is the Card is being received well.

5. The mailings are being done for the Lifetime Learning sponsorship of the MyCard products to the over 100,000 schools for inclusion in their drive for funds for the children. Approx 50,000,000 children will have the ability of pushing the MyCards to the public. Imagine, if only 10-20% comply. This is expected to be a grand event for the Products and Services Division.

6. There is a portal to be constructed by the Online Division for the United Kingdom. This is a massive undertaking. Hwang has the qualifications to proceed to completion. This will open up the exposure of the MyCard products to the UK and also generate income from the entire operation of the portal. This is the first step toward full international exposure. The European Theatre could welcome Hwang's division's help as it continues to advance in the internet field.

7. Keep your eyes open for additional MyCard sponsorships of the caliber of Babe Ruth and Lifetime Learning.

8. Be assured the Nettaxi addition of the My MusicCard site will not be the only placement of the MyMusicCard site for additional internet exposure.

9. Tempo has the offering of the E-CD product involving the MyMusicCard. Look for their first contract and others to be completed. This could have the direct offering to the public of the E-CD with the possible attachment of a PromoCard. Imagine going into one of the national chains and seeing this for sale among their regular offerings.

10. Additional financing is coming soon to enable TSIG to fund their drive to profitability. Profitability is expected in or before Oct.

11. There has been rumours of a strategic investor in the near future. If this happens and a percentage of the company is taken, the total retirement of debt could be attempted. It would also be a big step in gaining further respectability in the investment marketplace.

12. Golin/Harris is planning a "road show" in June. This will allow TSIG.com to be exposed and explained to analysts and others. This will go a long way in exposing and expanding the awareness of TSIG.com to the outside investment world. Additionally G/H will also be exposing TSIG.com throughout their normal channels.

13. John Hwang has not been sitting on the work at hand. He has been on a continuing quest. Multiple contacts have been made and some are in the pipeline working their way toward completion. These that warrant announcement take some time. As he has the funding available to give the goahead, he will complete the deals with their anticipated completion dates. There could be something of enormity coming as a result of his efforts.

14. The PhotoCard site will need to be constructed as the fulfillment house in Irvine will also handle this product.

15. The National Distributor Network is about to be started with the signing of the initial distributors. It has already been announced that a nice deal was completed by a distributor in wait. Imagine the impact of distributors covering the nation exposing the MyCard products on the local level daily.
