Mr. Ochi has also represented Fujitsu, Hitachi, NEC, Toshiba, Sharp, Matsushita and NTT Data in the areas of marketing and strategic planning.

Price.

Mr. Price went on to state, " The I|Nova System is a new technology which takes the well known Rapid Application Development (RAD) concept to the next level and permits application development to be performed at the business process or policy and procedure level of an enterprise. The unique I|Nova approach is based on the development of "dynamic business templates" which encompasses "how" the enterprise operates. I|Nova then uses these business templates for developing software applications using a template building process."

The Company's I|Nova System is a fully integrated business application development, modernization and migration tool-set for competitive, innovative and flexible business systems solutions.

VERONEX developed the I|Nova System as a software tool-set for modernizing, migrating and developing mainframe applications. The I|Nova System is a new concept for application development, deployment and management that enables software developers and maintenance staff to save time and optimize quality through effective reuse of common functions. This reuse is achieved with a library of functional modules and a run-time system.
