How can GBLX not like this USW deal? What are they giving up to get USW? They get a lot of cash and they get 50% ownership of the new company without giving up anything. I just hope the GBLX management takes over the running of the growth company and any future deals done by the new GBLX will be negotiated by Bob A. There is tremendous buy in pressure on GBLX short stock right now. The arbs that have shorted GBLX and bought FRO are getting squeezed. It is impossible to short GBLX right now. I think the only thing holding the stock back is the market and the confusion over the new deal.
