no way to read yahoo. the shorts over on the yahoo board are posting under assumed names to appear to be the real mccoys. increase shareholders to 1:4 ratio, and with what hj owns, he still controls when combined with idtc. but then i do not understand the tax loophole to really comment on how this is structured.
