Michael, I think that scenario is very unlikely. Companies very rarely go from public to private, and I think the picture is very bright. Companies who can adapt and change to take advantage of opportunities that exist WHEN they exist are very smart.

IBM adjusts from a mainframe AND a microcomputer company in the early 1980's. Unlike Apple they decide to allow clones to manufacture computers that use their OS

or Apple goes from the darling in 1984-1991 then gets lazy and starts losing market share. They nearly bite the bullet in 1996-97, then Steve Jobs takes over and instigates many programs and a new revolutionary PC; they strip the number of computers offered by 85%.
Result market share has tripled and so has the stock since beginning of 1998.

THE MORAL:
Companies must always adjust and because WINR uses a "cookie cutter" approach whether it be an E-Commerce site, On-line brokerage, or gambling their costs and risks are very low and their margins very high.

All we need for the stock to appreciate is undisputable good news and time. We are all too myopic.

TAKE THIS TEST: It's JAN 1, 2000 and WINR is at $7.00 per share. You contemplated selling last May when the stock was at $1.75 but didn't.

Are you A) disappointed or B) pleased?

Moral....some stocks need to prove their model a little longer than others. People want to more proof but at some point I believe this company will be an indisputable winner.
