Scott: The Piper Jaffrey recommendation is the first analysis I have seen that addresses fundamentals. It also addresses some of my main questions.

My first question was about the components of revenues (this analysis does not address that). My secondary question was about competition (this analysis touches on that by referring to market share and some of the proprietary technical features of NETP's software). Another secondary question was about diversification of revenues as the market matures. The analysis does address that by suggesting strongly that vertical diversification is a natural course given the technical features of the product. If true, I like this better than vague reliance on finding a partnership or an acquirer, which Steve Harmon suggested. Most of all I like the comments about the reasonableness of the forward-looking p/e based on growth in sales and on industry comparisons.

If the stock price does not appreciate significantly in the short-term, this analysis does provide some rational basis for holding for the medium and long term.
