HOUSTON, Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Environmental Safeguards, Inc. (BB: EVSF), announced today that Dr. J. Leon Potter has accepted the position of Director of Environmental Sciences. Dr. Potter's primary responsibility will be the commercial development and or application of environmental process technology. He possesses a unique wealth of experience gained as both an environmental and research scientist with the Atomic Energy Commission, U.S. Bureau of Mines and as a consultant to major clients such as Amoco, Sedco Drilling, Phillip Environmental and Malidra Energy. His past and present affiliations with industry associations such as American Chemical Society and the American Consulting Engineering Society will prove extremely beneficial," stated James S.
